The absolutely clean bathroom and the rest was fairly clean:)
I stayed 1 night and would like to stay there on the next trip when visiting Guatemala. I was given a triple room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a seating area. Rewritten: I stayed for one night and plan to stay there again on my next trip to Guatemala. - the triple room I was given had a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a seating area. - the bathroom was absolutely clean, and the rest of the place was fairly clean too.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and helping with our baggage. the hotel was relatively quiet, which was a nice change from other places in Central America. I especially appreciated the use of the kitchen, as we had been traveling for a month and wanted to cook our own meals. the attention to detail, such as clean towels and fresh linen, made our stay feel like we were at a resort. the hot showers were also a bonus for budget travelers. the only suggestion I have is to improve the sitting area upstairs. Cons: No 🙁.

The rooms and shared bathrooms were incredibly clean, and the staff, especially Cindy, Aby, and Yuli, were so friendly and helpful. They even helped me organize activities and shuttles at a lower price than other hostels. The location is also great, just a short 8-minute walk to the center of town. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Antigua.
The lack of privacy as the rooms and bathrooms are located in front of the reception. Additionally, there was a strange incident in the kitchen where the staff member seemed overly strict about the 8pm policy, making everyone feel uncomfortable.

The accommodation was located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of other places in the city. the upstairs sitting area provided a relaxing atmosphere for groups of friends to hang out. the rooms and shared bathrooms were clean and maintained regularly.
The breakfast could have been better in terms of variety and taste.

The rooms were extremely clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful during our romantic escape. We particularly enjoyed the shared kitchen and the fact that we could cook meals together. the location was also perfect for us, being just a short walk from the center and all the attractions. we were pleased to find that towels and shampoo were included free of charge.
Although the location was convenient, the walk to most restaurants was around 15 minutes. we found it manageable and were able to catch tuk tuks near the hotel when needed.
